A Framework for Reformer Inspection & Care

Build a maintenance process around the confirmed manufacturer manual and service plan.

Use the exact model manual

Routine care begins with the approved manual for the installed model and configuration. Do not transfer intervals, lubricants, adjustment methods or replacement criteria from another Reformer simply because it looks similar.

Create a visible inspection routine

The responsible operator can record checks for frame condition, fasteners, carriage travel, ropes or straps, pulleys, springs, footbar, headrest, upholstery and accessories according to the manufacturer instructions. Remove equipment from service when a safety concern is identified.

Track wear and replacement

Keep the model, SKU, installation date, inspection date, observation, action and replacement-part reference together. Confirm genuine or approved parts and current service guidance with the supplier.

Include maintenance in procurement

Before ordering, ask which manuals, spare-part information, warranty terms and support contacts are supplied. Maintenance details shown as TBC on the website must be confirmed in the quotation or final technical handover.
